DJX ’24 After Dark: Closing Party to Spin Disco & 40 Years of House Music

On Wednesday, August 7, party down to classic dancefloor sounds spun by primo jocks DJ Spinna, Natasha Diggs, Scram Jones and, of course, Mell Starr.

Be at The Balcony (formerly DAER nightclub) in the Hard Rock on the evening of Aug. 7 when DJX’s After Dark series presents “Mell Starr & Friends,” as they celebrate “Disco & 40 Years of House Music.” Party down to classic dancefloor sounds spun by primo jocks DJ Spinna, Natasha Diggs, Scram Jones and, of course, Mell Starr. With tunes from the “Saturday Night Fever Era” thru the days of the Paradise Garage and beyond, this party will move your body and rock The Balcony with plenty of late-night action. Beginning at 11 pm, the event is sponsored by Pioneer DJ/AlphaTheta, RCF, and Rocavaka.

Ever adept with disco and soul tunes from her massive vinyl collection, Natasha Diggs has become known as “The 45 Queen.” Scram Jones has earned Grammy nominations for his studio work with artists like Mariah Carey and his deck skills are second to none.
